Today’s specials included black fish tacos or Greek chicken breast served with a choice of brown rice, Greek salad, or a black bean medley. I opted for the Greek chicken with brown rice and salad. The chicken was cooked perfectly—not dry at all. The rice had a nice flavor, and the salad was a generous portion topped with a light yet tasty dressing. I really enjoyed it! The portion size was just right; I felt full but not uncomfortably so. The only challenge I faced was finding the location, as Google Maps didn’t have accurate information. However, a quick phone call to the restaurant got me the right directions. Overall, I highly recommend Pro38!
