Pronto Pizza - Reservar mesa

I'm a old customer, been eating at this place for years, I can't recall how many years but the pizza here is incredibly delicious. I would've gave this place 5 stars but at my most recent visit, I started to notice that the pizzas were smaller and for the beef pizza with pepperoni, the beef changed from small pieces but more portions of it to marble shaped sizes but smaller portions. Now, they arent serving more of the toppings as before, which disappointed me and my family. I also got a Hawaiian pizza and also had fewer toppings. The pizza cutting skills arent the best but overall everything else is going fine. I'm waiting to see more toppings, but not the downfall of this business. (No pic...

Called in. Told the girl on the phone I had a coupon for 1 large pizza and breadsticks for $9.99. She placed my order and said it'll be ready in 15mins. I get to pizza place and they try to charge me more and I had to wait 15mins for my bread sticks. Disappointed. Sucks they don't have Negative Service Star.

I absolutely love the service here. In my opinion, the pizza is among the best I've ever had, and I can't emphasize enough how great the service is. Blanca is incredibly friendly and polite. I highly recommend this pizzeria. Thank you and best regards!

Management realized that the Pizza that I had ordered ahead of time hadn't been worked on. Made the best to Expedite and had it ready on a very timely matter. Thank you for going above and beyond to service the customer. It was greatly appreciated. Reserve uma mesa agora

Very little to no pizza sauce, very little cheese and both of our pizzas were under cooked! The mushrooms were nasty and chewy on the second pizza! Everything was dry. Will never come back here again!

The woman with the pretty green hair who took our order was unfriendly. If you're upset, it's better to stay home than come to work. Even though the pizza is delicious, I won't be returning.

The service is quite slow; I waited 15 minutes past my expected time and ended up with an upset customer yelling at me, while the staff seemed totally relaxed.

One working, pretty messed up it is lunch rush hour and you have one working at the Downey location.

This place has taken over our house. A mom and pop shop but it's so delicious. Great job guys
