Prosecco Italian Restaurant and Jazz Bar LLC

Food looked amazing but looks are deceiving as one of the dishes was horrible. The sauce in the spaghetti and meatballs was loaded with way to much garlic which tasted raw and minced. I could not eat it and should have returned it but the wait for food was so long that it wasn’t worth it. The meatballs were not as good as they used to be. Totally different texture and flavor. Seems like it was a pre made typical meatball recipe rather than the original homemade recipe they used to make. We had reservations and arrived early but still had to wait beyond our reservation time. Apparently they sat walk-ins ahead of us. prosecco is a destination restaurant. we travel several times a year in the opposite and always make sure we eat there. even in this stormy night was the place full. we were treated with a jazzpianist who played a keyboard. he was fantastic and set the mood! our server, stacey, was friendly, professional, attentive and very helpful. a great botanical! for eating. the clam was wonderful with a zestyroten sauce. my chicken marsala had a rich weeping sauce filled with mushrooms and artichokes. perfectly seasoned. the manicotti of my man was smooth and raised! the owner stopped at any table, including ours. she made us feel very special. the personal attention that we do not often experience in...

prosecco is an underestimated gem. great staff as they go in the door from the hostess to our waitress. the food portions were very generous and served the appropriate temperature. appetizers were the best party of our meal. everything was visually appealing and tastefully wonderful. we did not use cork fees and brought our own wein. we love to do this. beautiful live entertainment too. we recommend prosecco.

Just celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and had a few friends along. Everyone commented on the great food and large portions. Would recommend Prosecco's for any occasion or just a great meat out.

We had the 8oz fillet and loaded baked potato. You could cut the filet with a fork ahs excellent flavor. Service was very good. Josh was very attentive to our needs!
