Holy moly. First, the blonde bartender gal was super friendly right as soon as we walked in and she quickly had the answers to all the questions I asked. She brought us over some waters and took our order then the rest of the time we were helped by someone else. The person that helped us was a guy with a beard and glasses and he was seriously great. I love people who aren’t afraid to be themselves and he made the atmosphere super comfortable and fun. Aside from the incredible staff, the mac and cheese I ordered was death row final meal worthy. Awesome food. Check. Friendly service. Check. Down to earth, unpretentious atmosphere. Check. Happened upon this gem of a restaurant when searching on google for “fish fry near me”. My husband and I figured that we would give it a shot due to all of the shining reviews. We were not disappointed! The fish was stellar and the Mac and cheese was probably the best Mac in cheese I have ever eaten. We will be back soon!

First time going. People were very nice. Had a coffee with baileys to start brunch off. Some tough decision on the menu. The Polish breakfast was delicious. It had 3 pierogies, sausage, homefries and scrambled eggs with cheese on top. I will definitely be going back. I noticed they also had a good selection of bourbon.

Great place. Great service. Great haddock. What happened to the mac n cheese? Used to be awesome. Was there last night and it was like buttered shells n breadcrumbs. Little if any cheese. Bummer. Please bring back the old recipe.

A great place to start your evening in historic Tremont. If you get there early enough, commandeer the stools at the end of the bar, near the entrance. From that perch you can get a good gander of the lively goings-on!
