Pub 52 Gastropub Kitchen South Miami

This was the worst dinning experience I’ve ever encountered. We were a group of 12 with reservations. They took 40 minutes to take our order on a Tuesday night. After another 30 minutes they brought out half our order. Appetizers and main courses together. We had to flag down the manager and still after another half hour 4 of us did not get food. Manager said they had a breakdown in kitchen were short staffed. They ran out of food and he personally had to make 2 flatbreads which was the only thing he could offer us for 4 people at 10:30pm. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had in a restaurant. Find another place, this place is terrible.

Terrible service! Had to send the drink back and had to send the cowboy burger back twice! They don’t have enough servers in this establishment. We don’t mind paying $18. for a hamburger and $15. for a drink bit when the glass comes half full and the cowboy burger didn’t even come with the bacon and mushrooms as it stated on the menu that is a disappointment! we are generous in leaving tips wherever we go, but sadly we left zero tip as service was beyond terrible!

My family And I celebrate my mother birthday and I was incredibly please with service and preparation of the food. The staff really did a good job in taking care of us and making it a wonderful evening for my mother's birthday. I can't wait to go back since we were truly please with service and the food.

We always have too much fun here, especially when Boys Don't Cry 80 band plays. Good food, drinks and live music.

Food quality was bellow average. Service was decent. Bathrooms were gross.
