Puccini's - Reservar uma mesa

We dined at Puccini's for our anniversary, and unfortunately, it was the worst dining experience we have ever had at this well-established restaurant. The food was of poor quality, with very little effort put into the main dishes. The seafood was overcooked, and the wait times were excessively long despite the number of staff on the floor. It was definitely not an authentic Italian experience, which was disappointing. There was no dessert menu offered, drinks were delayed, and the manager made poor excuses without attempting to make things right, even after the bill had been paid. We went for my youngest 16th birthday meal .we didn't mention this at booking .we all loved the food and atmosphere and on chatting was asked if we were there for a special occasion and replied my daughter's birthday .we were then surprised by a celebration desert with candle with staff and the owner coming to wish her a happy birthday.it was such a lovely heartfelt surprise and really made our evening.its very clear that the staff are like a family there and you can tell with the great genuine atmosphere.couldnt have had a better evening anywhere else.thanks so much see you soon

Today, we brought our grandson to this restaurant after watching Manchester United. The owner kindly took the time to show our grandson a list of all the famous footballers who have dined there. Our grandson was in awe and couldn't believe he was eating at the same place as stars like Beckham and the England team. The food was fantastic, and even though we are from Bristol, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for your hospitality. - The Mall family

Service was excellent Ambience Excellent We chose the lunch menue which was satisfactory. We have eaten here before closing the main menu, this was excellent. It's worth considering lowering your expectations for the cheaper menu, this being a 3 course menu for under 20 pounds you are not going to get the premium quality food. What we had was good and certainly a step up from a chain Italian restaurant.

I visited this restaurant on Saturday, December 9th on a last-minute booking. Despite not having been here since the Halifax location in Swinton, I was not disappointed. The ambiance, food, and service were excellent. Michael still has it, and I will definitely be back regularly.
