When driving roads through beautiful river gorges in the Picos de Europa mountains of northern Spain, we regard finding decent restaurants a bonus, so when we saw a full car-park at lunch time at this restaurant we didn 't hesitate. Very local, and a 'take-it-or leave it 12 Euro, 3-course set menu with wine, water and coffees so great value. Except, it wasn 't 'take-it-or-leave it! ' When one of us didn 't fancy the (rather exotic and robust) local starter of clams and bean stew, the owner manager happily substituted an 'ensalata mixta ' (the classic default option for timid tourists). I came here today with my family. The place only had 3 other tables of people but after waiting 20 minutes for a member of staff to ask what we wanted, we went inside and the staff were EXTREMELY RUDE! Did not stay to eat

Los camarer@s muy simpáticos y explicando muy amablemente nuestras dudas,nos hicieron unos platos combinados para los niños ya que en la carta no venían! La comida muy rica todo acordé con calidad precio. Recomendable!!

Como en casa. La comida es espectacular y el servicio, especialmente el de Bea maravilloso. Nos enseñó a beber sidra como un asturiano de verdad y nos aconsejó sobre el menú. Ojalá estar más cerca para ir cada día!!

As with every restaurant I've visited in Asturias, and there has been a lot, the staff, the food and the general atmosphere is brilliant. The portions are plentiful and the food is lovely.
