"A comfortable old fashioned pub that could probably do with a bit of refurbishment. If you enjoy good pub grub and like portions to suit a hungry person well worth a try, just don't expect fine dining service."

"We have had Fish n Chips and Sausage n chips from here twice now and both occasions have been excellent. So tasty. We've had a little wait but well worth it. We really enjoyed them."

"Went on two separate days for tea and cake one afternoon and another day for breakfast. Food and service excellent even though ot was very busy. Dog also allowed in which was lovely. Staff super friendly"
