Qdoba Mexican Eats

I've always preferred Qdoba over Chipotle. The food is consistently good, but I've noticed some inconsistencies with portion sizes lately. Typically, I order chicken and pay for extra, but in my last two visits, my orders barely had any chicken at all. They looked less substantial than my usual orders without the extras. I'm not sure if the staff are overlooking the extra chicken or if it’s a lack of attention. This has only been a recent issue in the past month, but overall, I still love Qdoba!

I placed an order online tonight at 6:18 and was told it would be ready between 6:31 and 6:41. I arrived at 6:35 and was told that they were waiting for the queso to be ready. I received my order at 6:50 and after a 15 minute ride home, bit into an ice cold bowl. I?m insanely disappointed with the lack of planning and the fact that I spent over $20 on cold, not even lukewarm, food. OH AND THE QUESO IS COLD. Like are you guys serious?

The food was excellent, but the staff’s professionalism left much to be desired. They often have a negative attitude when customers arrive, which is quite unacceptable since it’s part of their job to be welcoming. I noticed a girl in the background making an attempted joke about her bare arm, since she wasn't wearing a watch. If you don’t enjoy your job, perhaps it's time to consider moving on.

I placed an online order that was scheduled for pickup at 3:29 PM. When I arrived at the restaurant at 3:50 PM, I was informed that my order was still not ready. I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes while the lone employee on duty helped other customers instead of preparing my already very late order. I won't be returning to this restaurant and will choose Chipotle in the future. Reserve uma mesa agora

This restaurant has the friendliest staff! They always accommodate my food allergies and take my concerns seriously. The level of customer service here is exceptional, far surpassing that of other restaurants in the Dover area. Kudos to them!

I highly recommend trying their Impossible Bowl—it's delicious, especially paired with the tortilla soup. It's a must-try at Qdoba and is a great option for vegans, particularly for those who enjoy Indian flavors.
