Qdoba Mexican Eats

We decided to make the best of it and continued our meal. We were supposed to receive a promotion for free chips and queso by signing up for rewards. However, it took the entire transaction for me to sign up, so we did not receive the free chips and queso until after we had finished our meal. When we asked for the worker to prepare it, another employee stopped him and said we could not get it for free until we made a future purchase, which would be around $30. This seemed unreasonable to us.

Show the worst Qdoba. They're scaring my online order almost every time. Today I was surprised with sour cream over my whole order, although I did not choose it because I am lactose intolerant. And now I get these inedible pieces in my side of Guacamole. Don't waste your money at this point. Trust me.

We ordered food online and they forgot to include our 2 drink cups. When we went back to get them, the worker was rude and accused us of trying to steal them. The customer service could definitely be improved, but the food was delicious.

Love the food. Sanitation is an issue. Server's scooped food with their gloved hands. Not with spoons their gloved hands. Used same gloved hands to touch a multitude of other things including money. No glove changing. Yuck.

I almost never write reviews, but my God, It is almost a scam, how much I was accused and how little food I received. My bowl was 1/4 full. I just saw her use half a spoon for the chicken. I hear myself again
