"I waited in line for 17 minutes, being the first in line while they dealt with a large online order. Once a second employee finally arrived to prepare my order, things moved quickly. However, she counted everything meticulously, and when I requested jalapeños to be added to the surf and turf, she said they could only be served on the side, informing me they couldn’t add them directly to the dish. This was surprising, as I’ve had jalapeños added to this exact item without any issue in the past. Additionally, there was a long line almost reaching the door. I won’t be returning to this location."

I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. The staff member I encountered was rude and complained about me asking for both types of rice and beans, claiming I was getting extra when I had only requested one of each. The older blonde woman, likely in her late 50s, had an unprofessional demeanor that added to the negative experience. I tried to order the pulled pork, but I barely received any, and the wait time was excessively long. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, and I just didn't get a good vibe from the place. I suggest going down the street to Chipotle instead; it's a better option.
