I 'm always on the look out for solid hand pulled noodles because everyone that I 've tried so far is more on the chewy, thicker side. In Chinese, there 's a term, QQ to refer to the chewy/softness of a noodle (or carb based food). To achieve QQ is difficult, but once you eat a noodle that 's perfectly QQ it 's an amazing experience. So onto QQ Noodle I had high expectations since they decided to boldly name their restaurant after the very culinary term that represents a perfect texture, so I figured why not? I loved how this place listed out the macros on the menu. Surprisedly, some of the dishes were really macro friendly. The staff was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, this place is cash only. The food came out faster than I thought. This place can get crowded, and is definitely a casual spot. I got the hot and spicy beef noodle soup and the special hot oil noodle. The noodle soup tasted very clean and the spice was manageable. The beef was tender and the thin noodles were chewy. You can also replace the noodles with the other one. The special hot oil noodle was definitely the spicier one and more flavorful. I would definitely come here again.

QQ the famed texture of plump boba, fresh fish balls, and certain noodles. This restaurant is named QQ Noodle for good reason! We came late on Friday night with no line. Ordered hot spicy fish noodle and garlic sauce with pork both were fantastic, but the hot spicy fish noodle was my favorite! The noodles were so, so good such fantastic texture with a hot, spicy broth and lots of fish. Staff was attentive and efficient. No frills, cash only, QQ goodness. Definitely on my list of favorites in South Bay. Thanks QQ noodle!

management pls pls pls open a new location in LA area i promise i will be your #1 fan, eat this everyday, and use my powers to promote QQ like no other lolol so many customers in the 626/sgv will flock over 100% i love your noodles so much it has this eggy taste and it's sooo bouncy i dream about her every night pls i can't wait

perfect! Too bad they only have two restaurants in sf any area. Hope they soon can open another on in other cities
