Quality Inn Suites Alamosa

My family and I stayed here for several days, and while we were initially concerned about the first room we were given— which had black mold in the bathroom— the front desk staff promptly addressed our issue by providing us with a new room and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. The staff and managers are all incredibly friendly and wonderful! The beds are very comfortable, the showers are consistently hot, and a huge highlight is the indoor mini water park! It was perfect for keeping my toddler entertained, especially with the designated kids' area. I would rate this place a 10 out of 10 and will definitely stay here again! I only give this place a 2 because when my father and I walked in I noticed a phone on the front desk that you need to use to call the workers(if they aren't at the desk). That is completely unprofessional and ridiculous that they expect their customers to call them up to the desk. Also on the website it says pet friendly but they're policy is that the animal has to be kept in their crate or kennel the entire time, whether you are with them or not. I have a service dog and they acted like it was a hassle checking us in.The breakfast was alright, good for something small. I personally will never stay here again, but it is pretty good for a one night stay. Definitely would not suggest long ter...

One of the highlights was the coffee station, which was open 24/7 and located next to the breakfast area, serving until 9 a.m. each morning. We also loved the main recreational area of the hotel, which featured a pool table, ping pong table, and foosball. This was complemented by a surprisingly well-equipped gym on the opposite side of the lobby. This Quality Inn & Suites truly lives up to the reputation of Alamosa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to stay in a great location! If you're in the area, visiting the Sand Dunes is a must!

Dirty, run down, tired location. Stay in one of the newer hotels across town!! Room was dirty in the hidden corners. Bathroom door didn’t latch. Outside door didn’t actually lock, the latch was taped over. Tub didn’t drain, so you finish showering in 6” of standing water. Hot tub was broken. Landscaping is weeds. No outside trash can on the side of the building for dog waste. “Balcony door” opened up to a staircase/dirty interior corner of the hotel. Overall a horrible place to spend money to stay. I want to give a special thanks to Rachel for greeting me with a friendly demeanor and an even more beautiful smile. I also want to thank Dennis for being such a patient front desk attendant while my kids darted in and out of the game room and pool. Lastly, a big thank you to Katie, who was incredibly sweet and accommodating when my kids needed help with the game room equipment. In summary, regardless of what others might say, we had a fantastic time and slept wonderfully!

I didn't catch her name, but the lady at the front desk during the night was very kind. The rooms were excellent—comfortable and clean! However, you need to go to the front desk if you want to use a microwave. They only offer waffles for breakfast, no hot options. Unfortunately, we didn't receive our deposit back, even though we left our room in good condition. Other than that, I have no complaints! Rooms: 5/5

Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff, with the exception of one individual. As a regular guest who checks in at midnight, I always renew my stay with Deanna, who is incredibly attentive and a pleasure to converse with. Typically, I would renew in the morning, but the morning staff member, Danae, often appears distracted by her phone and seems unwilling to assist. Everyone else here is fantastic. Rooms: 5/5

This was easily one of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever encountered. The bottom of the shower had a blackish hue, and there appeared to be black mold on the bathroom ceiling, likely due to a lack of ventilation. The couch was filthy, and the curtains were stained as well. The only positive aspect was that the mattress and linens appeared to be new. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This place was AMAZING for my family of 16. I let my kids roam around the very cool water park and they made a couple friends by the back of the building. This was the cleanest and most well done room we have ever seen. We felt safe and had a happy surprise when we saw how good the view was. Keep up the good work quality inn!!!Rooms: 5/5

Negative for me is that it is a bit pricey for it's brand. It is an older facility. It was clean. Staff is very friendly. Large parking lot. Easily accessed. Safe area. There is breakfast. Some reviews contradict that but there was breakfast. It is not extravagant but adequate. Without a doubt I would stay here again.Rooms: 4/5
