Quinn’s Fish Chips in Comber is fantastic. The chips seriously come from proper fresh potatoes that I can actually taste inside; lovely and soft. It’s the best customer service I have ever received in a fish and chip shop; always with a friendly smile. They really appreciate their customers and are passionate about what they do. There is such attention to detail inside and in the outside appearance of the premises little imitation gas lamps either side of the doorway which give a warm glow in Winter, and fresh flowers inside the front door when one enters usually white lilies. I brought carry out fish and chips for two people. Fish was quite large and nice to eat. However the chips were quite tasteless and were all stuck together in a bundle and even looked unappetising. On prising the chips apart I found quite a lot of them had black bits on them. These particular chips should have been discarded and not served to the public for to be discarded. I found the chips absolutely bland and tasteless and a total waste of money. It was also a total waste of food as I threw them in the bin. I won't be buying anymore chips from this place even if my life depended on it. Absolutely horrendous.

I use Quinn’s regularly and was especially pleased to discover that they deliver. The service, although busy, is always professional and friendly with the staff dressed immaculately. The fish is so fresh and tasty. Never disappoints.

Pre covid youse were probably the best chippie in the area but now it's like youse just know people are not gonna stop ordering, even though the food is now unpalatable, overcooked and greasy. Don't let yourself down.

If you go to Quinn's prepare to wait at least 15 or 20minutes for your meal because everything is cooked fresh for each order .Even the chips but I can assure it is worth the wait .
