I'm a moderate return customer and always look at what the specials are, so I know if I've made some standard or if the cook did something special that my eye catches. I beat gold last night! I ordered the bread garlic soup and the Braised Boneless Short Ribs with mushrooms barley on a bed of pappardelle. I had never tried the soup before and it was not disappointed! The textures of bread and the generous pieces of garlic paired with the spicy sausage for a pleasant soup. It was, in a word, delicious! I followed that with the boneless short ribs.
