More than a meal, an experience! Restaurant that we frequent very occasionally (every 2-3 years) with immense pleasure each time. Both on the plate and in the room, everything is perfect, precise and very well done. Each plate is a work always marked by a little “twist” which highlights the different flavors. The service is discreet and extremely efficient. The price is usual for this type of establishment and corresponds to the experience you will have there. Finally, the wine list is very well stocked and the sommelier offers excellent advice.

unorders are more thematic (in our naive opinion) contrasting. each individual component formwork character to compensate for creativity. the chef of cuisine (in our naive opinion) does not seek harmonie, but rather a beauty of complexity. we loved it, but had to study the dishes. the sommelier was exquisite and also the selection.

Creative cuisine where you can experience interesting combinations in one dish. I was excited everytime they bring me plate. It’s a 2 Michelin stars restaurant that you can be relax and in peace with a view from their litte zen garden and minimalist style.

a must be prepaid for 3 hours lunchtime. Top service and quality Japanese French cuisine. just like the top wine list.
