Very poor customer service. Went into the shop to place an order (was happy to wait my turn) and the customer service was non existent. The staff were not welcoming at all, they made it obvious that they didn’t want anyone in the shop and that there was an ordering system for customers who call the shop but not for passing trade. They only had digital menus available through QR. There was no where to sit, the ladies behind the counter were rude when I asked to place an order. I was told that they only take orders over the phone!? So I’d have to leave the shop and call them from outside but I couldn’t just tell them face to face. I attempted to place an order at the restaurant's counter, but was informed that I had to call in instead. I was confused by this policy and questioned its necessity, especially considering that COVID restrictions have eased in most places. It seems counterintuitive to turn away customers who are already present in the restaurant. It appears that the restaurant may be hindering its own success with this approach.

For three consecutive weeks, we attempted to place an order over the phone but the line was always busy. We eventually decided to visit the restaurant in person and waited in a line outside. However, once inside, the staff refused to take our order because they insisted we had to call it in. It was confusing as we had been unable to get through on the phone in the first place.

I live in Wrexham, and Rainbow House is located on the opposite side of town from where I reside. Despite the distance, my family and I believe it is worth the trip. We have been loyal customers of this takeaway for more than two decades and have sampled a variety of dishes, all of which have been delicious. Reserve uma mesa agora

Best Chinese takeaway in Wrexham. Have tried many others (on Tuesdays when rainbow house is closed) but none of them match rainbow house! Consistently good Chinese food every time! Well worth the drive into wrexham

I usually stay away from Chinese take way but choose to go here last Sunday and were not disappointed The food was very good and tasty. We were not disappoint driving for 30 mins to get there.

This take away is my usual choice. However, my Singapore noodles with prawns was dissapointing this time only 4 5 tiny prawns. Will have to try it again, I hope it was a one off.

Can’t fault the food lately! It’s spot on! One off the best chineses in Wrexham at the moment! Highly recommended
