Raj Balti - Reservar mesa

Tonight, seven of us went out for a meal and ordered different dishes from the chef's recommendations list. If these were actually his recommendations, I shudder to think what the "non-recommended" dishes are like. The king prawn on puri starter was okay, but only two of us had it. When the mains arrived, three of us ordered the Karachi dish with chicken, prawns, and lamb, but none of us could eat the lamb as it was inedible. The sauce was bland and one of our group even sent his dish back because it was so bad. The naan bread was doughy and tasteless, and even the chips were subpar. I read some good reviews about this restaurant, particularly regarding the takeaway service and thought I'd give it a try. Very quiet with no other customers present led to us almost changing our minds and popping in the bar and grill opposite. The food: Poppadoms stale with mint sauce poor. The red chilli sauce was decent as was the onions with cucumber and tomatoes. Both our mains were very good and the side order of saag aloo excellent. No alcohol in here, but you can bring your own. We shared a large bottle of coke for £2.50 All in all very good value for money.

Having a gluten and dairy allergy I am always wary of ordering food whether takeaway or eating out . I would like to say a massive thank you to the chef and staff for all the help and advise whilst ordering certain dishes and going above and beyond their way to make dishes suitable for myself . I also order for family too and they’re all in agreement to just how delicious and tasty all our meals have been . They always arrive quickly , piping hot and we have never been unsatisfied or mislead . We always order from now on . Highly recommended. WELL DONE RAJ BALTI

Ordered from here last night for my wife and I, and the food was brilliant as usual. We had a takeaway, and the delivery was very quick, after around 20 minutes. The delivery driver was very friendly too. The food was great, nice and hot temperature wise and was as tast as usual. We did order poppadoms and dips, but we're given a few extra tk what we ordered which is always a bonus. Delivery is free over £10 too which is another plus. Solid 5/5 Indian food, not a bad word to say. Reserve uma mesa agora

Fabulous food! Had Fish pakora and mixed veggie platter. Main courses Moza chicken and Garlic chilli chicken, chilli chips and keema rice. Couldn’t eat it all, was so stuffed! Came in 45 mins, which is pretty good for a Thursday!

I ask for the chefs best dish it was ok king prawns slightly hot was ok wasn't hot and not a good standed the decorator is not up to a good standed no alcohol but not going again as the better eles where

We decided to go to this restaurant last minute and were warmly welcomed. We all opted for the meal deal, and our food came out piping hot and very tasty. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Food was brilliant and service was great, nice and pleasant made me feel comfortable I would defo go back again first time attending yesterday aswell i wasn't disappointed I would recommend to people Reserve uma mesa agora

I just had my first takeaway curry in over a year now that I am fully vaccinated. Wow. The food was amazing, just like it was before. I highly recommend trying the Achari Chicken.

Another good night at this nice little balti in stone cross.fantastic atmosphere. Food good prices reasonable
