Rally's - Reservar uma mesa

I really doubt I will ever go back to this joint. I have complained before and seems nothing has changed. They have AMAZING fries, what a shame their service doesn't match it.I went in today prior to noon, The lady at the register didn't exactly ask if i needed help. So i proceeded with yes I would like to order.The card machine was turned off, so the lady at the back handling the food came over to try and assist. She was not wearing gloves, and was handling the register. When she went back she did not wash her hands and proceeded to handle the food. The lady at the register however , walked behind to help with packing the food and she put gloves on even though she didnt actually touch any o...

I have never been to one of your establishments before and will never. I was completely embarrassed by your employees. I had an emergency situation for the bathroom. The first employee says it's for employees only. And then a second person comes out and says sorry the bathroom is out of order. How do you have one bathroom for a sit down restaurant and it not be in order for customers or employees. If you do not have a functioning bathroom then you should not be open. I will never try food from here ever.

Rally burgers, they have a tasteful burger the price is a little higher It is a drive-through though, and they have tables in the front where you can sit but it isn’t Phoenix and a part of being a swear. It’s a little bit heavy on the homeless side.
