Rally's - Reservar uma mesa

If I could rate lower I would. Service was trash. Ordered and had to pull around and wait 40 minutes for food. I watched several other customers leave with their orders. The order was wrong and severely undercooked. For that 40 minutes I tried to give the employees working the benefit of the doubt, despite watching them stand their and eat their own food. When I was finally approached, they had no idea who I even was, and asked if they could help me. I'll be getting a refund, and contacting corporate. This place will get someone sick and should be shut down. If you see this review, please spread the word, that this is Not and I repeat NOT a Rally's.

I don't often give poor ratings or reviews, but this location is a no for me. I occasionally pick up and deliver orders from this store. When I'm there to pick up an order for delivery, 8 times out of 10 I'm being told the order does not exist. Until (or unless) that can be proven as the fault of their system or a malfunction regarding DoorDash, I have to believe it's the staff refusing to complete orders. I could go there 4 times in one night and only have 1 successful trip. And yes, it's incredibly awkward trying to explain to my customers that Rally's just doesn't have their order

lines are always long. this time around my order was wrong after repeating twice with forgotten articles. so much ice in the drink that there was hardly any pop. the cashier in the drive thru said no word when I gave her the credit card or when she gave me the bag of our wrong eating. it is too bad that these pommes are so good because the customer service and the accuracy there is incredibly bad.

waits longer than usual to place my order. no gruß or apologise for waiting .nothing, just go with their order, but we can only accept exact change, or credit / debit ordered a caramel cheesecakesonnedae and it was rough! it lacks taste great time. I should have kept my banan milkshake. with this visit I was disappointed at the board.

I really wish there was a way to request sauces on door dash I always end up getting my hot dogs plane because there’s nowhere on your door dash site that you can even type in request and I put contact me and no one ever does and I called and no one answers the phone and it makes me sad to eat my hotdogs plane
