Ramen 101 - Reservar mesa

Thoroughly enjoyed my dinner at Ramen 101. The service was amazing! They were patient with me with the ordering process since it was my first time. Very cool how they have set ramen choices that come with different toppings and then you can further customize and even add more to them. Restaurant is quaint, clean, and well decorated. Food came out fast and hot. Everything was fantastic and tasted great. Strongly encourage the grilled chicken as a topping. It was very good. Ive had a lot of Ramen and very much enjoy it. I got the Tonkotsu broth which i think is usually the most common and sought after, but for me the flavor fell just a little flat. Thays the only thing i would change would be...

Ramen 101 of a great ramen and Hawaiian BBQ place in downtown Pleasanton. The staff is young, but they're courteous and on the ball. The food is really good. I'm giving it four stars because it's not a five-star kind of place. But, it's not a four-star place either. Let's go with 4.5.I like the Hawaiian BBQ dishes better than the noodles, but the noodles are good. Pork, beef and chicken are excellent. Vegetables, broccoli and cabbage, are cooked perfectly. I could do without the macaroni salad, but that's primarily because I don't care for any Mac salad. Inside reminds me of Tokyo eateries, only with a lot more space.

This is the first time I 've had take out ramen with actually sensible bowl design (minimal mess! Spice on the side option is so cool, I 'm a spice weenie but was able to try it out at my own taste preference. Noodles were plump and firm. Egg was exceptional. Even though it took 30ish minutes for us to get to our food after notice that it was ready, it was still hot when we picked it up, but did not taste like it had been lying under a heat lamp for that long.

My first time there and I got ramen soup which was fine, good amount of food, but I notice how dirty are the tables and the bathroom, looked like a gas station bathroom, the meat is a bit chewy. I hope the kitchen is not like the bathroom. Reserve uma mesa agora

I ordered the Hawaiian bbq plate. SO GOOD. Everything tastes really fresh. The service is exceptional. My new go to spot!

Tried the vegetarian Ramen here. It was good! Extra spicy is the normal spice level.
