Ramona's Mexican - Reservar uma mesa

Here on the way to a conference in Arizona, one of the few restaurants open at 7:30 in the area on Tuesday. The boy who runs the reception looked like he lost a dog or relative and was annoying as inviting. He told us to sit wherever we want, I got the only open stand. A few minutes later he comes by with menus, looks at me and goes back directly with menus still in his hand. No reception or thanks for coming, nothing. So strange I thought, but then he came back and said you can get up, I need to clean this table? No, I'm sorry, I need to clean this or please let me clean it up. Again, super strange welcome. I have eaten at Ramona?s for over 30 years. We took my Mom to lunch for her 84th BDay. We ?literally? sat there for at least 20 minutes and only received 3 out of our 4 drinks (there were 4 of us). Never received chips or salsa no order ever taken. When my niece told the waitress we were leaving and said something about the service there was no offer to simply apologize and take our order we simply had to pay for the drinks we had received. I saw the owner in the kitchen and I am totally shocked that there was ZERO Customer Service offered. Restaurants need repeat business I will go to La Casita from now on. TOTALLY surprised at the TOTAL ?lack? of service.

Best green sauce I ever had. They sell it too. I was so happy. At 1st I didn't get very good service but then it turned into almost perfect. I think the owner took over and got me my chips cause she saw I was waiting. Really nice place can't wait to go back. They really care about good service and their food.

Love this place! I was crunchy at a time and they were super helpful. Have the Taco salad, which is a good little fixation before the rest of the day, although nothing special. Love the chips and salsa. Horchata is 10/10 highly recommended.

I always love the Gil?s nasty burrito, tonight we arrived about 15 mins before closing and they cooked one for me, the nicest people run this lovely place.
