Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 (10) Steak Ranchero was a bit dry and bland. The meat chewy and over cooked, egg wasn't sunny side up as requested but over cooked as well. There wasn't much flavor from the seasoning which is disappointing since there's so much that can be done to help this dish. Carne Asada Burrito was a bit dry and chewy so ask for some salsa on the side to help with the burrito. Ambience: N/A ordered food to go but the location was clean Service: 5/5 slight language barrier but the cashier was really nice. Normally the food is great but today I ordered online for pickup I picked up my food and everything was warm except for the fries and it took them like a solid minute of just staring at my girlfriend and I (they weren't doing anything) before the assisted us. And they were hesitant of giving us jalepenos and carrots I asked for multiple we only got one bag and asked for more green sauce and they gave us 2 red sauces. My girlfriend is pretty shy of confronting people so I didn't correct this and just decided to take it as it was. Pretty disappointing but it is what it is.

What in the Lubbock, Texas?? Moved away from home 12 years ago, lived in many different states, and have never come across a decent breakfast burrito that could come close to home. 10 out of 10. Their breakfast burritos are the size of a newborn baby, the tortillas are homemade and oh so chewy, the salsa is spicy and flavorful. Bless my misplaced Texan heart

This meal was so bad it has finally made me post my first ever google review. Attached you will see my ?chicken enchilada ? that is pretty much just a pound of sharp cheddar cheese that isn?t even melted. It is comically bad.

I buy a meal from here twice a week. It's been consistantly good and the employees do the best they can to move quickly to get you served.
