Range Lounge Grill At Predator Ridge Resort

During our stay at the cottages, we played The Ridge one day and Predator the other before dining at the Range Grill both nights. The first night, I enjoyed the delicious Mediterranean Bowl with grilled chicken breast. However, the next night, when I ordered the same dish, it was flavorless and the sauce was completely different - just plain tomato sauce without any seasoning. Disappointed by the inconsistency, I refused to eat it and was offered an alternative dinner. Due to the renovations, they were operating from the ballroom and had run out of many ingredients. Overall, I was let down by the lack of consistency in the quality of the food.

The food quality has significantly decreased at this restaurant. My nachos were lacking in cheese, even though I requested extra, and the jalapeños were not fresh. It seems like the cook is not putting in much effort. The Butter chicken sauce tasted as if it came from a jar and was not freshly prepared. Once again, I am disappointed.

When we made our reservation, we were not informed about the construction and were under the impression that we would be dining on the deck with heaters. It was disappointing to find ourselves in a noisy ballroom instead. I would suggest waiting until the renovations are finished before visiting.

Excellent staff and very attentive. Food was beyond our expectations and was delicious. Even though construction was ongoing we were pleasantly surprised by the location to eat. Highly recommend going here!

Excellent service! I do not like the live music in a small space.. very loud!! Very disappointed with the pickled jalapeño instead of fresh ones: I usually have the nachos every time.
