Ras Plant Based - Reservar mesa

Please hire more diverse servers and managers. The food and drinks were good. The 2 stars are for the service. We sat at a 2 person table close to the bar. We felt rushed. The server and bartender manager were very rude, after we paid our tab they requested we leave immediately. That was unnecessary, we barely just got done with our food/drinks. Extremely rude service which ruined the whole experience. What was the point? Is this a fast food restaurant? There was definitely a culture barrier. I recommend training your staff on how to communicate with customers from different cultures and ethnicities.

My friends and I visited this restaurant and ordered the Azifa appetizer, Mercato and Piassa platters, Ras Special Tibs (seitan) entree, Dulet (mushroom) entree, and a side of hot sauce. Although none of the dishes were very spicy, they were all enjoyable. The Azifa came with injera chips and while it was not as flavorful as other Azifa dishes I've tried, we still liked it. Both platters were good, but none of the wots particularly stood out, though they improved with the addition of hot sauce. The seitan tibs was the favorite among us all and I highly recommend it for future visits.

One of my go to places. Food is delicious and always on point-I've never had a day where one dish wasn't quite up to its usual standards. Everything is so flavorful. Ive only done takeout, but the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and whenever I've picked up an order the service has always been friendly and welcoming. And I like that you can order in a variety of different ways, including mixing and matching your own sides. Hot sauce is to die for!

Ras is definitely a vibe! The ambience is great, the staff is extremely welcoming, and the food is unbelievable. I have tried both the platters and the mock beef, and they are so delicious. My personal favorite is the squash sambusa. I would highly recommend dining here, as it is also a great spot for celebratory dinners. Reserve uma mesa agora

I had a great experience at Mercato-Platter, but the last time I ordered takeout, the shiro (my favorite) was only half-filled in the small container. I also enjoyed the moamas tofu and mushroom tibs. However, I found the injera to be a bit too sour for my taste.
