I almost rated them a 2 because most of the food was actually good, but my overall experience was so frustrating that I can’t give them more than 1 star. Aside from some of the sides being cold, one entrée was completely missing from our order. Our delivery driver informed us that they had told her they didn’t have it available and would issue a refund. We opted for contactless delivery, but I happened to be at the door when she arrived. For crispiness, I’d give them a 4.5/10 – they weren't very crispy, but that didn't detract from their goodness. The juiciness, on the other hand, earns a remarkable 9.6/10; the tenderness of the wings was outstanding thanks to their juicy meat. When it comes to sauciness, they score a perfect 10/10 because each bite was generously covered in sauce. Overall, I rate the flavor at 24.1/30. These wings were incredible, and I highly recommend them to anyone in New York. You won’t be disappointed!

If I can give no stars I would. My girlfriend and I wanted to try this place yesterday. We walked in and there was no one there to show us to our seats. We waited 7 minutes just for the waitress and bartender to tell us we can sit anywhere. So we found seats and no one came to give us menus. We waited for 20 minutes and we got ignored. We got up and left and went next door to Sufiyas where we got seated and served immediately. Dugans did not even care that we got up and left.

I had my first and last experience at this restaurant. I ordered food but received the wrong items, and what I got was unappetizing—I ended up throwing it away. When I called to explain the mistake, I mentioned that I couldn't return at the moment, but instead of offering a solution, they laughed it off and lost my business. Cool spot. Classic bar and grill food. Really tasty food. We tried the honey bbq wings (small is 8 nice size wings), pulled pork quesadilla (enough for 2 people), onion rings and drinks. Our server was nice and attentive. We sat outside where they had tables and a corn hole set up. Will return for sure.

Vegan wings are great! Went with the hottest sauce and hotness is decent for someone who enjoys spicy foods. Vegan tacos can be so much better. The vegan meat was so hard when served. Hard to chew. Service can be faster.

Really hit or miss, the food is pretty good but sometimes it seems like they just really don't want you there. It seems to run the best when the owner/manager is there, but I haven't seen him in a while

Came in to watch the game on September 11 in the fourth quarter the three female bartenders were too busy getting drunk with with regular customers waited 15 minutes and walked out

Very cool vibe. Friendly staff. Nice mix of music not obnoxiously loud. Chicken sandwich was very good. Wings were okay. Too well done for me. However good flavor0
