most staff are friendly. but very unorganized. only for a normal day game it is excellent. Eating is great. but my daughter birthday party was the worst. will not have another party there. I think the personal is under pressure with all parties throughout the day. I had told the staff and then another one. I was very confused. I asked for the birthday cake to be picked up. it didn't. I noticed that they went to finish and I had family and friends wondering what's going on. I went back and asked where the cake was, and they answered, was (oh what! .you had not yet the cake)! as if it was my fault, and then the cake was in a hurry. wasn't a happy day for us to parente.

I took my kids there the other day and we loved it, a really fun place for kids and parents to play around and have fun.
