The service upon arrival was pleasant and efficient. However, we received double the amount of popadoms we had ordered, which seemed odd. After waiting for an hour without any indication of when our food would arrive, we noticed that a table which arrived after us had already been served. It turned out that they were served first because they did not receive popadoms like we did. I had an amazing dining experience at Red Chilli in Ashbourne. This was my first time visiting the restaurant, and I was impressed by how clean and well-presented everything was. The food was excellent, especially the garlic rice and Chef's special curry. The service was top-notch, thanks to Kalum who was very attentive and professional. I would definitely give Red Chilli five stars for their food, flavor, and service, and I highly recommend it to others. I will definitely be coming back again. Can’t fault the restaurant, which was very clean and well organised. Staff were friendly and efficient. Menu was varied. My gripe and is is probably an unfair comparison as the Indian restaurant where I used to live was exceptional) is that the food was a bit bland, lacking any depth of flavour, which is not the same as adding more chilli. Please spice the food up a bit, chef.

Came here 5 years ago on our last visit to Ashbourne. We were not disappointed on our return visit. Good food, well presented. Service was efficient but then we were the only people in the restaurant. The curries weren’t as hot as we were expecting. Maybe the waiter looked at us and told the kitchen to dial down the spices. Apart from that we had an enjoyable family meal.

Open or closed???Website says you are closed on a Tuesday but your menu outside says open 7 days a week??? Need to update!!!
