Red Gravy - Reservar mesa

May have just been an off night. I ordered the Veal Saltimbocca and was REALLY looking forward to trying this. Unfortunately the veal and prosciutto were quite well done; dry and hard to cut. A thin square of cheese was melted on the top and was also hardened. The best part of the dish was the butternut risotto which was tasty but don't know that it complements the dish well. Our server Paige was delightful. Note we had waited some 40 minutes for our meal and had a show to catch so did not mention anything to her (my friend ordered the scallops and barely touched her meal. I had read previous reviews that complained about the wait to get food so I was prepared for our food to take a while. We arrived about 10 minutes before our reservation and were immediately seated. We ordered appetizers and entrees. The appetizers came out in less than 10 minutes and our entrees arrived just as we were finishing the apps. Everything was excellent and the service was impeccable. We were pleasantly surprised at the value based upon our experience at other Colorado Springs restaurants. We would highly recommend!

Nothing to write home about-good or bad. The restaurant is set up nicely. The napkins look like bar rags. The Caprese salad was over salted. The Carbonara's main flavor was pepper. It's a relaxed atmosphere save for the hustle of servers. I've had better (Piatto's OKC) and much worse (think Olive Garden).

Old Willy salad. Meat ball sandwich no sides. Meat balls on dry bread. We were at a table by the window and a guy spent 15 minutes putting up a screen. We were one of three tables occupied for lunch. Do not eat here! Reserve uma mesa agora

Our server Gracie was awesome. The garlic bread and ravioli were great. The St Louis style pizza is amazing and my GF loved her Alfredo. The tomato bisque was wildly delicious. Would definitely go back.

Always a good experience here. The appetizers were wonderful, my pasta dish was very flavorful, excellent wine and dessert list. This place is a great value and friendly service. Would recommend.

We had a lovely dinner last night before going to a comedy show. The food came out piping hot, which we loved it was prepared very well. Our waitress was excellent. I highly recommend Red Gravy!

Amazing dinner for date night! We had the arancini appetizers, two great cocktails, a fresh salad, and the fettuccini alfredo which is the best I've had in a very long time! Great, fast service! Reserve uma mesa agora

We had a party of 6 with a reservation. We barely got any service and it took a long time to order drinks, place our food order and then get the food. On the plus side, the food is delicious.

The food was delicious! The service was great! The atmosphere was calming but still entertaining. Over all the best restaurant we visited while in Denver. Would definitely recommend!
