Sending a letter to the manager had some problems sitting there on Sunday 23rd August our party was 12 people and we had reservations. We sat on the back terrace with a birthday party on a total of 50 people with a buffet, no wearing masks and very loud. We were the only other table out there with them and couldn't enjoy our lunch. Two at our party didn't eat because they didn't want to remove their masks, we couldn't talk to each other because the birthday party had noise. We met here often with the family of Erie, Cleveland and Painesville and usually everything is fine. There were reservations for 18 and wanted the terrace, but they forgot our reservation and had to put us in the house. B...
