She mentioned that they use bullion as a base for some sauces, but they are willing to make dishes without it if requested. It is recommended to ensure that your order does not contain bullion, fish sauce, or egg as they are the main sources of animal products. The sesame tofu, substituted with tofu, was tasty with a sweet sauce that we loved. The Mongolian-style tofu was good, with a savory sauce, although not as good as the salt and pepper tofu in our opinion.
