Red Lobster - Reservar uma mesa

There we're only 10 tables seated in the whole restaurant and they told us the servers were really busy. We had 2 with gluten allergies and made that very clear from the onset. Basically nothing went right..... Took half an hour just to get the appetizers.They brought the salads with croutons. When we pointed out the allergies and that they needed to be remade, we're pretty sure they just went back and took the croutons off the saladsand reserved them. My mother was sick and in immense pain before we even got home. They got the appetizers wrong. We had to ask 3 times for spoons to go with the soup they brought out. They should be ashamed!! Spent nearly $100 for dinner for two people and what we received was terrible. There 's shrinkflation and then there 's pure greed and cheating/bilking/taking advantage of the customer/consumer. I ordered the stuffed flounder with lobster sauce. What a joke. The portion was about the size of an ice cream scoop before I spread it out, looking for the flounder. Just a small goopy mess in the container (we ordered pickup. The baked potato was half raw. The salad? I had to order it as an extra and it was comprised of three lettuce leaves, one piece of soggy tomato and three croutons. The dressing container took up half the tiny salad container. We had an excellent meal tonight at Red Lobster, with the Walt's Shrimp Special. The Shrimp were excellent and Baked Potato and Caesar Salad delicious. The Biscuits were excellent too!! Our server CINDI was GREAT!!! I would highly recommend her as she made our meal time special!!! She was very nice, attentive, and excellent with serving us tonight. She went the extra mile in making sure we had what we needed at the start of the meal to the very end!!! We had a GREAT time and we will be back!!! A big Thank You to CINDI and the Cook Too!!!

Serious service. our server never checked for us. She made our order with food. we had to ask for someone else's fillings. that took her 5 minutes. literal 2 tables except us on the side of the room, so they do not work. crab legs were very small. had to find someone to look at us. the self-check didn't work. seriously worst server and I have years in business. I never write bad reviews, but she would have looked after less

My husband and I really enjoyed our dining experience last night at Red Lobster!! CINDI was our server and we would highly recommend her. She was very nice, was very attentive checking on us to see what we needed regularly, and went above and beyond to see we had a great dining experience!!! The food was delicious and so all in all it was a great evening for our dining out last night!!!
