This restaurant is a mess. Poorly managed and it shows. We waited ten minutes even though we placed a ?call ahead?. After being asking to sit at a table, the hostess had to ask her manager for permission. ????? When we were seated we noticed how empty the place was. Plenty of staff to go around and serve but what struck us as odd is that the endless fries were all luke warm at best. Took about ten minutes to get a fresh round before the meal. There was three out of four meals that had issues. Mainly food temperature and quality. The Donatos pizza wasnt anything like the real donatos. A big disappointment and it wasnt piping hot. I didn 't think about this before I ate, but I ordered the new fondue burger. They gave me this tiny cup to dip my burger in and said it 's the same amount as the big tray shown on the advertisement. The cheese wasn 't even hot and I had to scoop it out of the cup. Two stars only for the garlic fries. Hot and fresh. Update 2/2/22: Contacted support. Very friendly and helpful. Raising the rating due to customer service and will give the location another try in the near future.

Red Robin has the most beautiful burgers!!! YUM YUM YUMMY? Floorless frits and soda is the way all burger connections should be?? Become a member and enjoy the delicious benefits. The Royal Red Robin Guacamole Burger are excellent. If you are not in the mood for burgers try their Clucks and Fries?.

My sister and I ate here today. The salad i had was cold fried chicken pieces and the iced tea was too sweet. Vanessa was our waitress and awesome. She checked on us frequently. I will come back and choose a different item. Ty Vanessa!

Love the gluten free bun option and sweet potato fries. Perfect portions very delicious, Sophie provided fantastic service with a beautiful smile. I look forward to my next visit.
