Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

I usually find it not necessary to rate so low, I am quite easy to please. I will begin with the good and end with evil. Waitstaff at this Red Robin is exceptional. Friendly, fast, smiling faces and a real willingness to serve. Great job guys! Eat... if you haven't been in a red Robin and had the sweet potato fries, then you miss. My son and I traveled about 12 hours in the night before and were 3 hours sleep, so we were very hungry and not disappointed. I had Teriyaki Chicken, but in a pack. It's the worst, but so good. I had to use a fork in the end, but I didn't care. My son had the Southern Charm Burger and he fought to eat it. My friend had the Whiskey River BBQ packaging and loved it....

We (my husband and I order delivery from this Red Robin probably twice a month, and sadly their service had started to go downhill fast. The past several times they have forgotten fries, sauces or messed up on the burger orders. When ordering online for delivery, there is an option for extra fries, which I always choose for both of our burgers, this time they actually remembered to add one but as you can see in the pictures, there are hardly any there. One of the main reasons we love Red Robin is the sauce, so we always order a lot of it. I have enjoyed Red Robin for many years. This occasion was my birthday and I brought my daughter with me for a girls lunch. The restaurant was not anticipating as many patrons this day that they received. There were only 2 sections open, and our section had between 9 and 11 tables (ours included) during our visit. Thankfully the team had food runners. Our server was the only one in our section and handled it with ease, and I'm thankful. It wasn't the most attentive service I've had there, but that is by no fault of our server, he was great. Our service was so fast and friendly. The server that took our order put it into a handheld computer and before she left our table our drinks were already brought to us. When we asked for suggestions she was very good at providing answers. I'm really sorry that I did not get her name. Our burgers were delicious and our server was great at bringing hot fresh additional fries. Also, on checking back to make sure everything was good. It was probably the best Red Robin experience I have had to date.

They are a well oiled machine. I had my order taken and out the door with my food in about 30 minutes for how busy they were I was impressed. I was given an extra ranch rather than my campfire. I came back 10 minutes later they remembered me and quickly gave me my campfire sauce. Good food. Great service amazing atmosphere. I have door dashed here a few times impressed with how attention driven they are when they send you on your way.
