Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

After having a great meal and overall good experience at the Enfield Red Robin. I was so looking forward to the Holyoke restaurant. Sometimes we?re just in the mood for those oversized steak fries. They always offer a basket of them while you wait for your meal, and the quantity they serve will get you feeling full before your meal makes it to the table. Not at all the case here. My family and I arrived for lunch around 2:30 pm. We were seated right away. Our waitress was pleasant but the service was extra slow for this time of day. After having a great experience at Red Robin in Warwick, I was looking forward to visiting this place after a day at Six Flags. It was such a disappointment. The first two baskets of garlic-Parmesan-Fries were great. (The 2 stars). Unfortunately, they were dry with our burgers. Pommes only sprinkled on them with the parm, but nothing to keep it on them (like oil as the first). The burgers had no taste and the height to which they were boiled varied by A LOT, although we all were after the same ?some pink?. The waiter did not offer us the drinks menu and the small tent announcement House Margaritas for $3,99 only showed strawberry and peach mango, so I ordered a beer before I stood the drinks...

When Canadians live in Ontario, we don't have this restaurant at all. So in preparation for my weekend and half a trip to the USA, I visited the area online and saw this place! it looked great, and after the visit I can agree only that! The Martin server was very enthusiastic and very sweet! He took my orders and my friend's orders so quickly and efficiently, with a great attitude. Almost thought I was back in Canada with the very nice stereo type we have! The food was great! I enjoyed the onion rings very, not really expected such a big tower. My burger was also delicious, I had the pleasure of the Whiskey River BBQ Burger and the sauce was very nice. Besides a root beer boat, it was a nice...

I dive at this point with my daughter about a week ago and I was very satisfied with the customer service of our waiters I think his name was Shelby was amazing, very attentive and friendly. In these days you will not get this kind of service, so I was pleasantly surprised. He made our visit very pleasant.
