Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

We used to love going to Red Robin and were regulars, but this recent visit was the worst we've ever had. We tried to order appetizers on the self-serve kiosk, but it wasn't working. Eventually, we ordered our appetizers and entrees together. The appetizers were delicious when they finally arrived, but after waiting 30 minutes, our entrees still hadn't shown up. Finally, a server who wasn't even assigned to our table brought out our food, which was cold. The chicken on my daughter's dish was burnt, dry, and hard. I enjoyed the food at The Royal Red Robin, but unfortunately it gave me diarrhea. Despite this, the food was delicious. I have decided to avoid it in the future due to the negative effect it had on my stomach.
