Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Have eaten at this restaurant many times but our last two visits will def be our last. French fries were cooked so dark, had to send them back. Asked for burger well done, no pink and rec'd it very pink, almost raw. Onion rings were burnt and the lava cake was microwaved so much, you couldn't even cut into the cake. Two stars were given because they did attempt to fix the meal, but how many times do you want to complain and have the food sent back? I understand restaurant personnel are low in supply, but for the prices you pay at Red Robin, the food should be at least edible.

My husband was unimpressed with his burger. I had their version of the Cobb salad. The dressing tasted more like mayo than Bleu cheese. Chicken was dry. Since every bite (lettuce, chicken) required cutting, more comfortable cutlery would have been nice. The croutons tasted off, also.Restaurant was clean, and service was good

I'll say they finished my job in time and that was hot. Unfortunately, the “Freschen” are only pommes with a few spoons of hackschmack from a glass on the top. my burger tasted strongly of burned fat, but it was difficult to know whether the burger or speck was responsible. best to avoid if they can.

Dirty cups, told there was herb tea..but there wasn't. Ordered chili cheese burger...it was ice cold! Order fried zucchini there wasn't any recognizable in the very old oil that some batter was cooked in. We walked out.It used to be a favorite. Staff apologetic.

Been a while since we were at this location but very happy we came. Nothing has changed. Still a great location, still excellent service, still very good food. Parking is easy. Will be happy to go back again in the future.
