Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I've been going to red Robin for years and always loved it. Their quality of burgers have definitely gone down hill. I love the variety of toppings for burgers, but they are no bigger or better than an average $8 fast food burger. Spend $16 for a medium done burger that came well done. Fries are great , IF you can get seconds within a half an hour. Don't order a garden salad if you're starving, you'll get it AFTER you have had your food for 5 minutes. I don't see how a waitress expects a good tip if she only checks on you once in the hour and a half that you are there. Went for my daughters 12 the birthday. The 5 of us were disappointed . Way over priced.

Red Robin has gone so far down hill in food quality we never get to eat at one I was so excited. But there pretty much an expensive fast food quality place and bottomless fry is a joke they give a small handful with your 16$ fast food quality burger and Do not come back to check on you until your last bite of your food to ask if you want more. It was so disappointed will never go back again. They told me to email or call them they never answered the emails or the two times I called they declined the calls.

Had 30 people seated in a small area while 90% of the restaurant was completely empty and made us wait to be seated. Condiments at the table was empty. Servers forgot requests like our To-go containers and silverware. The only people who seemed to know how to do their job was the cooks. Don't come here for good service.

I got a salad and it was super yummy but my date got a chicken sandwich and it was raw in the middle. They weren't even that busy. They gave us coupons for free desert next time and gave my date free fries without any charge but, i think if that sandwich got delivered. I would have not been happy what's so ever.

Server was quick and efficient. Mixed drinks were alright nothing too special tasting and food was delicious. Pretzel bites were really crispy though. Could have been softer, but overall good service.
