I did a job for picking up tonight, and I ended up waiting for about 25 minutes, they were super busy so I understood. I called back to check the status and got the manager Renee. I wasn't upset or something I just said I was out there for a while and just checking what to see? s up and she was immediately apologetic and assured me to get her on her and would come to talk to me if it wasn't ready. Two minutes later my food came and I went home, I missed a call while I was eating and got an email from the same manager told me she gave me a full refund on my card. That's up and beyond that I didn't even make a big deal. Thank you, Renee.

I've been going to this Red Robin for a while. I usually sit at the bar when it's busy. The waitress asked me to show ID, I had never been asked to show ID. I told her no one asked me for ID. She said someone didn't do her job. Either they do their job or don't get the right training. With the statement that they text and on their phone during work? During my meal, I felt she was a little aggressive and tried to get me out. I'll go on, but hopefully I won the waitress I had a bad experience with.

Excellent service, seating in the bar area. Waitress, Raelee, was great, friendly, helpful and very professional. Our meats were really good. I had the Sautéed 'shroom burger wrapped in lettuce (no bun) served with bottomless side salad. I ordered The Artic cod with the bottomless side salad To go. The food was available right when I was done and still hot when I arrived back at the hotel. Excellent experience.

So I was very excited about this place as I was in other places and they were great. The greeting was not very friendly and then the food was under par. The sandwich was good, but the frits were invaded in oil, which was very inconspicuous. The O rings are also good. Oh, and the shaking machine was broken. Hopefully, we just caught her in a dead time.

Great burgers. Great service. The games on the touchscreen deal kept my daughter busy. I love coming here with family. And the cocktail I had was?
