Red Robin at Arrowhead off 83rd Ave and Bell Road has awful service and employees and managers have no desire to assist customers and resolve the issue. Tonight I placed a curbside order. I was running a little late to pick my order but when I got there, I called the number on the sign and gave my name and spot . 10 min later, no order....so I go in. No wait in lobby, hostess leaning on her podium and another girl leaning on counter for to go orders. The 2 are chatting and laughing, not a care in the world. 1 order is sitting there bagged up. I explained I called for curbside 10 min ago, it was my order sitting there getting cold. Her excuse, I had to go on break....so screw the customers so...

No thanks! the service was terrible and eating was really bad. purple limonade was disgusting (and $5 from my pocket. phone was not answered for the boarding service. but when I went into the door, the FOUR-Tenage staff hang around in front and literally played with balloons like four years. fries were stale and the burger patties were not present and burned. they could even forget the grill sauce on the whisky flu bbq burger (why would I get the burger without it? We visited because I had a coupon that allowed a second deluxe burger at half price after purchasing the first burger. Since my wife eats less than a hummingbird, two burgers were too much, so we just split a burger, which was more than enough. It was nice that they cut it in half and served it on two plates. We had plenty of fries, but I always thought that fries were bottomless served with ranch dressing. I bring it up because we were never asked if we wanted more fries, even though I would have declined. I think the sodas are also bottomless, but my wife was good with one serving. The last few visits to this location have been impressive! I'm a person who hates an empty glass! This location has absolutely rocked drink refills! They have a dedicated person bring drinks and I love it! The last visits I've had fries to snack on before the actual food order arrived. Big plus as well. The service has been great. I'm glad we didn't give up on this place as we had a pretty bad visit post COVID. That seems to be the norm though so we tried it again and glad we have. My son loves the Donatos pizza! Keep up the good work!

I 've really liked this place loved their burgers. Now I order their turkey sandwich. It 's very peppery, be aware of that if you do not like pepper. I prefer shoestring fries, unfortunately they serve steak fries they 're never crispy as shoestring would be. I began going to Red Robin in part because they served your meal on plate or platter. I 'm not fine with the budget program. BTW also on the menu is sweet potato fries, which would have been better with the turkey burger. ?

Customer service was amazing, the servers and host were very friendly and we even saw one of the waitresses walking around handing out balloons to the kids in the restaurant. The food was delicious but took a while to come out as the restaurant was very busy. We didn't take much notice of it but when our food was delivered, they apologized and said that the manager covered our meals. I feel weird not paying for our meals so I wanted to leave this review as a thank you!

once again disappointed us red robin. we were not here for 2 years because eating was so bad, they would think that a burger place could make a big no! the first was burned almost completely black and the next was crushed so that it fell out of the bungalow that had so much sauce that it was over. Started off ok but when we got our food that was the end of service. Waved my arms for 15 minutes to get someone's attention to get more of their so called bottomless fries. Then never got them. Had to ask for water three times. Have not been to Red Robin for quite some time. Now I remember why.
