Red Rooster - Reservar uma mesa

This week, we ordered takeout from the Red Rooster located on Alexander Drive in Dianella. The food was deliciously cooked and there was plenty of it. The young man who served us was incredibly polite and helpful. He even gave us a Red Royalty Rewards Card, which none of the other restaurants had offered us before. The staff at the Noranda location could definitely learn a thing or two from this young man when it comes to customer service. We were very impressed by our experience and would have given a star rating for sure.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times and have consistently been disappointed. The chips are undercooked, orders are always incorrect, and there is always something missing from the meals. I have decided to give up and return to the Bassendean store, where the service and food are much better.

This restaurant is a typical family-friendly red rooster restaurant with a standard menu. They offer a drive-thru option and have plenty of parking available. However, I would not say that it is the quickest red rooster restaurant around.

Been to this store several times and just can't get it right. Chips undercooked, orders always wrong, always something missing from meals. I give up, going back to Bassendean store much better service and food.

Given it three tries now and the chips are always hard and not cooked.
