Red Sky - Reservar uma mesa

I am not one to generally leave reviews even when I do not enjoy a meal but the experience I had eating at Red Sky was offensive. This is the first time I have ever left a restaurant feeling cheated out of my money. Myself and my fiancé ordered the lobster risotto and the ribeye; both were dishes that they charge $49 for. The food took an hour and a half to arrive at our table and when it did finally arrive the ribeye was both burned and cold. It was an interesting culinary decision to burn the steak and then let it sit for 45 minutes. Wonderful small restaurant with great food , wine and cocktails. The lobster risotto is legendary. Grilled watermelon salad balanced with delightful baby greens and tangy dressing. Classic mussels deliver and home-smoked salmon with home-made crackers should not be missed. Save room for dessert. Gingerbread is truly gingery and best I?ve ever had. Chocolate pudding is dark chocolate lovers? fantasy. The wine of the day recommended by super hostess Diana was so good we took a pic of the label. Lovely staff and great service. Bravo Red Sky!!

Excellent food from beginning to end warm bread with salty crispy crust and yeasty aroma...Salad with local greens and perfect dressing with pistachios....Roasted brussel app was crispy and tasty and perfect....I had the lobster Risotto...it ISary. Yum! Bitter sweet chocolate pudding for dessert. You have a very solid wine list with beautiful house selection. I'd go again and again. Great outdoor area with fantastic melody and unforgettable ambience.

We enjoyed a well-rounded meal in a nice cozy dining room! The waiting staff was friendly and attentive, and we left the feeling that we found something special and secret in Southwest Harbor?

A lovely and warm bistro with silky smooth staff that?s adept at pacing the meal. Beautiful bar with excellent wine and drink choices. I?m enjoying the New York strip. ?5 stars
