what a glorious couple of days! I found this place by chance and so glad I did. I had breakfast and dinner on the super large terrace with views of the dying for and the local offer was excellent. If you stay here, you have to try the potato cakes bognettes I think they are called. as good as I could have eaten them all day. the staff was super friendly and helpful, and happy for me spoke English so they could advise me on the best walks there are many walks to choose from. my favorite was the one to the little lake around hours round trip. I stayed in the dormitories for two nights spacious bungalows separated in family groups, so all sure from a COVID view. I am definitiw back.

Walked up here and stayed the night. Six hour hike from Le confins. Great meal in the evening with a view to die for. But you are in the mountains so don't expect 5*. The food was honest, simple and very tasty. What more do you need.Stayed the night with 14 to a room - an interesting and noisy experience. It's was fine but not sure I will get my wife to do it again. However, you want to spend night in the mountaIns then it's so worth it
