By walking in the very pretty village of Ambialet, we have heard by chance very praiseworthy comments on this restaurant. The restaurant is full, we booked for the next night. A priori, the map seems modest, but the interest is the high quality of the products and the finesse of the kitchen. The menu with its half and whole portions allows to multiply the possibilities of tasting, all with a very friendly welcome. Four admissions, four dishes, four desserts, one bottle of Gaillac, two coffees for less than one hundred euro or less than 25€ per person. On the occasion of this small Sunday exit we have, together, discovered both the Ambialet site and this establishment. We were not disappointed either by one or by the other: if the commune does not lack a blotty charm on the banks of the Tarn, the Relais de la vallée is of a rather remarkable value/price ratio. Consider it: 2 dishes 1 dessert 1 beer per person and 2 coffees for a total of €41.80. It's fresh, it's cooked home and it's very good!. Congratulations to these young people for their good work and their pleasant welcome. We'll be back.

We have already gone several times to the valley relay, it is a great address, user-friendly, original, dishes vary regularly.. Everything is homemade, impeccable service, quality ratio unbeatable price. We can't wait to go back to every holiday! Don't hesitate
