When we went to Cavaillon, we stopped in this little restaurant. No terrace, which may explain that we were the only two customers this Saturday noon where it was beautiful and hot. What a shame! dishes where vegetables are found (too often forgotten by some chefs); an entrance with a mellow of delicate and light asparagus; a dish with a white fish papillote, herb sauce and an eggplant flan and to finish a strawberry delicacies as light as previous dishes. We had fun! This chef is on Saturday, June 10, a day of bouillabaisse. We will not be there but no doubt that it will be delicious, given its commitment to cooking.
