Republica - Reservar uma mesa

I'm a critical person... even in good situations I usually notice what might have been better. Tonight, my wife shared the HOME WRECKA Starter and the MEATLOAF. For my taste this was not better... delicious, generous, excellent. Our service was also top-notch. I asked about the design beer and the waiter offered a sample of one, but brought a sample of both, and very generous pouring. I wasn't thrilled either, and my wife wanted something smaller than a pint. After he first said that Pint was all they had, the waiter used, then she offered a 1/2 glass that he only had an open element for half the price. Simple, pleasant, but not too often nowadays.

Republica was great. As someone with a very restrictive diet with many nutritional sensitivities (not allergies) I could choose from 4 main dishes and two appetizers because they have high-quality, locally raised pastries (which is so difficult to find! The server was extremely knowledgeable and able to help me replace my problematic foods. Everything was delicious and cheap for what we have. Yay! Very recommended! Oh, and the walnut pesto... OMG!!!

Republica is a jewel. I asked my friends on the FB if they had been and how they liked it. I had 17 friends responding with positive reviews (no negatives). One of my friends said it was one of his top 5 places to eat. Now that I'm here, I understand. The food was delicious. The staff was attentive. And the owners are very friendly and sweet. Republica! We're coming back!

This place is a little jewel! I was here on Friday on a double day and we all loved our food! I had the seapan that was special and it was not disappointed! Our waiter, Steve was very attentive and funny! I can't wait to come back!

The best place in southeastern Michigan, enjoy wonderful food and people watching. Everytime I go I try something new. Its will worth time to go and well worth the time to wait for table.
