Restaurant - Reservar uma mesa

I had a small Sunday lunch with my mother and my aunt, nothing really fancy I picked the restaurant because I knew their tartare was marvellous. It was also super delicious this very Sunday! For dessert, I chose "compote of pear and fennel served...with a muffin made of tonka beans". I was curious about the dessert, although I am not much into tonka beans. The young lady that waited our table had probably noticed that I was chewing on the cake.... she offered to bring me a second portion of the compote instead, which was a culinary highlight. A marvellous combination that I will try to cook myself.... I can highly recommend the Hotel Uzwil...for the food and for the superb service.

Had a super lunch and dinner in the restaurant. Very good quality, but prices a little on the steep side, and I expect would be a little off putting to tourists. Good for business though!

really good venue, great selection of local and international dishes, good wine list, bar man was excellent, very knowledgable, great sense of humour.

Perfect, I felt very much comfortable. Especially the staff made my stay to an unique experience, as I basically was there bexause I missed a train

The food is nice but doesn't really live up to what the price level implies. Knock of some of the price and I would rate it higher.
