Restaurant A & W Matane

I asked for no sauce on my burger and I was told that they can't do it for me. I'm not a car, I work in almost food, and I'm not usually upset about bad service, but from what reason they can't put this question. I didn't want anything extra, I just didn't want any sauce. I just want to go to the burger! the worst part is that it has a metric tonne senf on my burger, and it was so bad that I could not even taste the patty or speck, only the senf. I will not even ask for a refund. I've been good.
