this restaurant is located in an unforeseen bright industrial area of carpentras, but drive through the wrought iron tore to make the surprising discovery of a sympatheticly renovated Provençal mas, or town house. the environment with terrace, trees and garden as well as the magnificent...interior with many original features complement the pleasure of the visit. aumaître is an imaginative young chef that delivers delicious and exciting meals that are a good value for money. a wonderful addition to the list of today in carpentras.

I recently spent a very enjoyable afternoon at this new Carpentras restaurant.The service was first class and nothing was too much trouble.We were served by an extremely friendly waitress who happened to be the chefs wife.My understanding is that most things are locally sourced including...the reasonable priced Valcombe wine we had. I will definitely be going back again.

this place is amazing. we were looking for a place to eat at lunch before we took the airplane home and had so much luck landing in this beautiful restaurant. we ordered the 18€ lunch menu that was excellent (Charcuterie/veloute de lentils, mignon de porc...(with amazing Risotto)/pasta with seafood and apple cake/chocolate maus). everything was so good. merci beaucoup!

three of us went to lunch while on a local cure. we all set ourselves in the menu. a superlight goat cheese-collar star was delicious. my head was the hake in butter sauce a lot of fish perfectly cooked and a beautiful medley. of sweet and a tasty potato that was so buttery. I had the cheese for the desert; 4 small pieces straight for lunch. highly recommended.

we've eaten this afternoon. the journey there was very nice, not far from carpentras. the food was very good, well presented, and a good size portion. and the service was first class, very attentive and friendly.
