Restaurant Auberge de Lacastille

L'accueil chaleureux et délicat de la serveuse est en lui-même une mise en bouche, les plats sont délicieux réalisées avec des produits frais et locaux, et c'est bien agréable, ici pas de surgelés des produits travaillés "maison" au rythme des saisons, je recommande le carpaccio de pieds de porc qui est délicieux et original , le veau aux cèpes, et le carpaccio de saumon et son huître gratinée. Quant à l'île flottante, que dire si ce n'est que je n'ai qu'un seul regret, avoir été trop raisonnable pour en commander une seconde, c'est le dessert de ma grand-mère réalisé avec des œufs frais, du caramel maison, rien à voir avec ce que certains osent servir directement versé de la brique de 2 lit...

This is a nice restaurant in Parisot, between Caylus and Villefranche. It has been extended this year to include a nice terrace where you can enjoy your meal overlooking the fields. The owner is, I understand, a fine dining trained chef. We had the Fois Gras followed by a smoked lamb. It was quite an event being served individual portions with glass lids over them. These were removed with a flourish at the table and the smell of bonfires asailed our noses. We understand the lamb was smoked in hay. It was great and quite unusual for us.This restaurant is a great find and people should try it!

this is a beautiful restaurant in parisot, between caylus and villefranche. it was extended this year to enjoy a beautiful terrace where they can enjoy their meal with views of the fields. the owner is, I understand, a fine, feeding cook. we had the Fois...Gras followed by a smoked lamb. it was an event that served individual portions with glass lids above them. they were sunk with a flour at the table and the smell of campfires our nases. we understand that the slum was smoked in heu. it was great and very unusual for us. this restaurant is a big sound and people should try it!

we went to lunch and sat on the terrace, which has a beautiful view over fields and hills. they can have escape where they can choose their choice, plat du jour, the choices when we left and dessert. my plate was dorade' or...Sea-Bream, which was really delicious and my other half had a great cassoulet. it was also excellent. it was quiet when we visited the week ende september, but I think it could be very busy in summer, so it is good to book. it also seems popular with locals.
